How We Ship

At HomeSafeMart, we work with trusted suppliers and logistics partners to deliver your order safely and on time. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times by region:

Austria & Germany: 7–10 business days
Rest of Europe: 8–14 business days
United States & Canada: 10–18 business days
Rest of World: 12–21 business days

Please note these are estimates. Occasional delays may occur due to customs processing or high demand periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order. We aim to keep shipping affordable so that safety products are accessible to everyone.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time. If you haven't received this within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.

International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide. For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact our team immediately. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including sending a replacement or issuing a refund where appropriate.
